ClanLib doesn't do dynamic plugin stuff like that, it's all done at link time, 
and I think that's policy (am I right, Magnus?) However, this is something 
I've wanted to be able to do in C++ easily for a while; I'd reccomend you 
take out the CL tags and see about getting this into Boost :-)
